Smartone

Low cost tracking solution with internal batteries, GPS and Globalstar satellite communication

Designed for the intelligent management of powered and non-powered fixed and movable assets, SMARTONE is a practical solution to improve operating efficiency and security. The ”Asset Ready” design allows it to be easily installed and field managed without the need for harnesses, antennas, or external power. The SMARTONE is powered by 4 “off-the-shelf” AA 1.5V lithium batteries providing 3+ years of battery life and removes the need to purchase expensive proprietary batteries for replacement. The SMARTONE utilizes motion sensors, comparative GPS positioning and custom configured sensors to gather and transmit asset status information. Each SMARTONE is custom configured to track its asset’s specific needs and provide intermediate and emergency alerts by email and/or text/cellular. Furthermore it can not be jammed by "GSM-Jammers".
The device is protected with IP-68 technology. It works in temperature range from -40°C to + 85°C. No GSM card is needed, because it uses the Globalstar LEO Simplex Satellite Network.

Supervisory position reporting

• Wake, GPS locate, Transmit location, Resume sleep mode
  Up to 12 programmable sleep intervals or time of wake settings

Change of location, Geo­Fencing and Re-Center

• Theft recovery reporting based on distance moved
  Reduced messaging mode
  Re-centering on the new position when remains for a certain while (optional)

Alternative reporting

• Alternate supervisory reporting schedule triggered by “alarm” or motion
  Transmits GPS location on alternate interval for programmed time or while alarm remains active

Field replaceable batteries

• Uses 4 AA “off-the-shelf” 1.5V lithium batteries for 4 years battery life

Up to 2 wiredconfigureable alarm inputs

• Independently configurable - negative, positive or any edge
  Immediate message, GPS locate then message or engage interval override

Integrated motion sensor

• Stop - start messages and engage interval override for time of motion
  Enables messaging cost reduction for stationary assets

No GSM card needed

• Using Simplex communication over the Globalstar LEO satellite network

• LEO = low earth orbit

Extreme temperature range

• Work without problem in extreme temperature range from - 40 °C to + 85 °C
